Hey Lori there are three accounts that are being disputed on my credit report.  Can you please remove the disputes, the VA requires that no accounts be in dispute and if they are then I would have to pay those in full.  I would like to stop the process since buying the house was my goal.  I have paid a lot of the account that I had defaulted this year and feel confortable and confident that my credit score will continue to get better specially when owning a house has such a big impact on your credit... We closed on our house at the end of last month, made for an unforgettable birthday gift! :-) We are all moved in and settled now and I just wanted to thank you and your team for all the hard work that was provided!! I am forever grateful!!

My husband stated that we should be through with the program now as there really is nothing left to be done with my credit at this point. I have turned in a change of an address but have yet to see any recent credit updates. I am not sure he said it was something you mentioned in the beginning?

However, I do have one concern I had to get a new debit card, we set payments up with the old card number. I am not sure how this works now but if we do have to see the full 6 month term through I need to update my credit card info with you ASAP as I have a payment due soon.

Back towards the end of March 2011, I decided to do something about my credit situation which was in need of an overhaul...back in June of 2004 I filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy and it was discharged in June of 2007...the good news was I cleared all of my debt but was left with some negative credit information to say the least...

When I signed up with RMCN on April 1, 2011 I felt like it would be of benefit to me but really didn't know how valuable your services would be...

Douglas was very professional and encouraging about the services you offered...I felt optimistic that I had made a good decision...from that point I was committed to the process and followed all instructions that were explained to me and provided all documentation requested...after about 45 days I spoke with Douglas and he told me to get a secured card at my bank because I needed to have an open credit line...I did this and got a secured card at Bank of America with a $500 limit...I was told to maintain a balance to get full benefit and to keep the balance at no more than 30% of the limit...I have done this for the last 2 months...

I also wanted to open another line of credit so that I could get maximum scoring on all 3 bureaus...I went to Bank of America to request a $3,000 auto loan so that I could buy a car for my son and let him pay me back since he was unable to get financing himself...they told me that they didn't do any car loans unless it was $10,000 or more and I needed to have stellar credit as well...he steered me to Wells Fargo since they did smaller loans...when I went to Wells Fargo to see about a car loan, they explained that I could do a secured installment loan by buying a $3,000 CD...I went ahead with this and got this setup and then the loan officer explained that they had run my credit and that I scored a 793 on Equifax which entitled me to an unsecured credit card with a $2,000 limit...

I cant begin to tell you how good that felt that I had a credit score that high...when I signed up on April 1, 2011 this score was 676...obviously the removal of negative information, excess inquires, numerous addresses, and an open credit line make a big difference when it comes to scoring...

I am very pleased with RMCN and their professional staff and cant wait to check my scores after the installment loan and the new unsecured card begin reporting to the bureaus...

Now in answer to your question regarding closing.  We close next Tuesday on the 17th at 10am.  We had the initial walk-thru this past Tuesday and the house is absolutely fantabulous.  I can't wait to get into that puppy and plop my feet up and sip some Mimosas. Not to mention sit myself at my desk in my office (I made sure I got a house with space dedicated to a real Dr. Phill - HA! LOL!) so I can have a place conducive to doing research and writing papers/articles.
 
Like I offered in one of my FB posts I am offering again.  If you are ever in the Raleigh area (or you ever want to get away and meet one of your many success stories), please feel free to stop by and stay a few days.  We'd really love to have you and your wife out for a visit.  Chuck and I love to host parties and people, and you could use it as a networking event - I could even set up a party for you if you'd like (I dont' know if you are allowed to do those kinds of things).  Listen, you have done so much to make my dream of owning a new home a reality that that is the least I could offer.
 
I'll let you know once I close.  I'll send you a picture of us signing the papers and them handing over the keys.

RMCN was a great investment for me within this season of my life. She said that we are both in good shape, regarding our credit scores, to move forward with the loan. Such great news! I didn't think we would be able to be doing this so soon! I just wanted to take a moment to write a letter and thank R.M.C.N. for the time and effort that you guys have shown me over the past year. I came to hear about R.M.C.N. through a friend,who at the time was trying to help my girlfriend lease a car. It was the same old situation that I had been through,time and time again.This time around the girlfriend didn't have bad credit ,just no credit! When asked If I would be willing to co-sign,I said sure,but after they ran my score they decided it would be best if I steered clear of the whole thing.

 

Since I was about 20 yrs.old I have made a series of wrong decisions. Including letting my father as a co-signer go into repossession,not because I couldn't make payments but because I just didn't. 8 years later after having to pay for everything with cash, because of bad credit.I finally was able to get back into a new truck,but not without several thousand down.Then that eventually was repossed.Throughout the 90's I incurred medical bills,repose, slow pays and just plain delinquent. i had never thought about being financially stable.It wasn't in the cards for me.

 

 

As i was sitting next to this young lady,who was eventually to become my wife, I felt pretty low,not being able to help her with her situation.Of course she didn't expect it, I just did.   That day was the first day I have ever heard of R.M.C.N. that was also the day that I made a decision to change my life for the better!  After receiving the card with the number on it,I called it a few days later. I simply set up a meeting,went to see,what I would now call my financial counselor,and took the first steps toward a freedom, that can't be put into words. They set up a small payment plan,that I could afford, on a bartenders salary. I was  told if I follow the rules that they gave me, and followed through with our agreement,that I would see a light at the end of the tunnel. I did exactly that. My score started at a 620,they said it wasn't terrible,but if you have a 620,when you go to purchase a car for 16,000 ,they ask for 13,000 down!  After only 7 months of doing what I was told, my guys at R.M.C.N. ran my score and it came back a 738 755 788.   I was able to get my first purchase at Honda with no money down,they said I could have anything on the floor.  I still speak to the particular man that was with me through this great moment in my life.That's because even after they did their job,and I did mine,they still answer any and every question I have.  Believe me I have allot. They have given me the tools to understand what we need credit for,and its not to go spend spend spend,its to be able to look at our loved ones and know if something happened that wasn't planned,then you can be there to see it through. bike purchased after successful RMCN Credit RepairYes I did go and purchase a new motorcycle,but only after I finished paying off a 21,000 Chevy tracker,which is how much you pay with bad credit,and getting my wife's permission,oh and having 3,000 dollars to put down on the bike.Which made my payments even lower.The guys at Honda thought because I didn't need any money down then I could buy a bunch of accessories. The guys,at R.M.C.N. taught me different.   I have letters in the mail today telling me,because of your great credit you can have this or have that. I don't want or need anything more than I am already blessed with, I still make the same amount of money as before,it's just that now I live securely,and man does it feel great!

A year ago I never put a whole lot of thought into buying a house because it was just a distant dream for me and my family because of our credit. My favorite phrase when referring to my credit was: "I can't even buy a ham sandwich with my credit!" It became a joke to me because the situation seemed hopeless. I tried several times to clean up my credit myself by trying to pay off debts older than my kids, getting false information deleted, and even tried other companies to help "clean up" my credit but nothing worked and the creditors were just as stubborn as my french bulldog Gabby! One day, I just got tired of having terrible credit and wanted to do something about it.

I inquired about getting a mortgage with a mortgage broker and after looking at the abomination called my credit report, she kindly referred me to RMCN and said that they should be able to help me with my credit within six months. I didn't believe her at all. I couldn't believe that anyone could clean up 15 years of credit horror in six months...it was impossible! But then I asked myself, if this woman wants to make money from a home loan, she wouldn't waste her time by sending me somewhere where they couldn't get the job done, so I thought "what do I have to lose?"

I met with Carl Bennet and he explained the entire process to me and what was required of me (you have to do some of the work) and was very helpful and professional. He educated me about credit and how to use it once I get it back again and how to maintain it. He also showed me how the creditors work and why I wasn't having any success trying to do it on my own. I am very grateful to him and the RMCN team. I started the process in March of 2010 and within three months, my credit soared over 100 points, and they weren't done!! Carl assured me that together, we will get the approval for a house. Well, after Carl and I working closely with our bank, we got an approval for a $200,000 house 6 months later and closed on our house on December 9, 2010. That's how fast they work! Carl was with us every step of the way...even calling us to congratulate us on closing. His friendliness compassion and professionalism caused me to refer my family and friends to him so that they can achieve the same results.

I entered into my dealings with RMCN with the normal high level of skepticism and doubt. There are so many unethical companies out there that over-promise and under-deliver, if they deliver at all. Mr. Wood was great. He explained the entire process to me and told me how to handle everything. Everytime I had a question, I called and he handled them all with interest, care, and professionalism.

My credit score improved immensely within a 6 month time frame. I secured a 5% mortgage and a new automobile at 0% interest. To whom it may concern:

I have recently completed the credit program with RMCN and am now submitting my personal experiences. Recently I tried to refinance my home and had some problems with things that were reporting on my credit. I was informed of RMCN and what they could do from my mortgage lender. I started the program in May 2010 and completed it in November 2010.

I found that the representatives of RMCN do a great job of explaining the program and getting the required paperwork to you in a timely manner. It is very easy and convenient to submit the required paperwork to begin the program. At times frustration would set in when credit companies wouldn't comply and wanted more information but the representatives of RMCN were so wonderful and were there to listen and give a "pep talk" so to speak. I feel a sense pride and freedom knowing that my credit score is back to where it needs to be. I feel as though I won't be discriminated against for my poor judgment and hasty decisions. I will definitely recommend RMCN to others to help to achieve their credit needs.

As you had expected you have negative items on your credit report which are causing your credit scores to be below 500. The required score for today's mortgage is 640. The option for you at this point is to work with a reputable credit repair and restoration company to clear up your negative credit and help you build new, healthy credit.

It is estimated to cost a person $200/mo. to have low credit scores, because you pay higher interest rates on car loans and other types of loans, higher premiums on insurance, etc. not to mention costing a person their dream of owning a home.

In well over a decade in the mortgage business I have had the opportunity to hone in on the reputable credit repair companies and weed out the scammers. If you will give me permission to forward your credit report to Jason Wood at RMCN, he will call you to review your credit report and put a plan together to help you get in a position to have better credit opportunities and to be able to purchase a home. There are other credit repair companies who will pay me a referral fee for sending clients. RMCN does not. I work with Jason and RMCN because they get the job done and they help my clients become home owners.

And a word of caution…do not try to do credit repair yourself or have a friend do it or do it with the cheapest company. I've seen how this backfires over and over. Can I just tell you how HAPPY I am working with Kim Danna. When I first started I had some guy(can't remember his name) than there was Candice(she left). FYI... Your clients need to be committed to the process as it is not a easy fix. But that being said, they deleted 80% in the first 90 days for my recent clients (referred by realtor, remember that is a sale for the agent, future referrals?good chance) and  they should be good to go next month. Qualifying for a 400k home and have 10% down...do the math...these clients 99% loyal and and easy 2 point jump shot.

My name is L White II. Since working with Joe Camacho and RMCN my whole life has changed. Before I even knew what credit was or how important it was, my credit was bad. The reason was my father and i shared the same name and as a result a lot of the negative info that was on my credit report belonged to my father. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been denied for credit cards, auto loans, and even cell phone plans. At the age of 19 I was looking to purchase my first car, after being denied at several dealerships and banks. I went to drive time, a place where people buy cars that have no credit or have had past credit issues. I ended up getting approved with them, but at a 21.77 % interest rate on a 2002 Chevy Malibu that was listed at 14,000 with 77,000 miles on it. When it came down to it, I was paying $388 on a car that was only worth $150 a month.

After about going 5 years and not being able to receive financing on anything, my co worker told me about a program with RMCN that would totally repair my credit, by removing negative or incorrect info as well as helping me build positive lines of credit. Just like anyone I was skeptical, thinking to myself this is a scam. But I called Joe Camacho and talked to him for about 45 minutes he explained everything in a way that I could understand, and gave me plenty of payment options. A day later I was enrolled in the program. The most important thing about this program is staying on top of the paper work you receive from collection agencies and the credit bureaus. Joe told me each time I received something to make a copy file it for my own records the forward him the originals. On top of  Joe removing all the negative info off of my credit report, he was able to help me open a few new accounts to help me build some positive credit.

 

After six months of working with Joe I now have a brand new car with a 5.92% interest rate, I was approved for a $5000 line of credit at a few electronics stores, I have a credit card, and I can finance just about anything else I need or want.

I am a single mother that lived in a two bedroom apartment. My son is 19 months old he's very ambitious and full of energy. Being a mother was the best thing that ever happened to me. Starting two years ago I wanted to buy a home so that my son could run back and forth in a backyard to experience the freedom of being a child. One thing that held me back from accomplishing this goal was my credit score. My lender Martha referred me to Lara Harrison; she was a saving grace sent from God himself to help people like me.          My name is Roberto R., I have been working with Mr.Camacho sent March 17,2010. When I first came to him my credit was shot to hell, i could not qualify for nothing. I had credit cards, defaulted student loans, and well the list goes on and on. He explained to me how the program work. It was easy and simple, in March wanted to switch over to a new phone company ( AT&T).  I was a little nervous because i knew my credit was really bad at the time. The people at AT&T ask me for my social security, so i gave it to them. I knew i wasn't go to qualify for a phone or a line of credit and once the customer service told me i had  to pay full price on the phone plus give a six hundred dollar deposit. Once that happened i got a little discouraged,so i called Joe Camacho and told him what happened.

     Now a few month later, August 14,2010. I went back to the same store to switch phone companies. They ask me for my social security number and as always i was nervous because i kind a knew what they were going to say. As i was walking around the store one of the sale reps that was helping me out walks over to me and tells me I qualified for four phone lines, No deposit and any free phone. I could not explain the feeling i got, all i can say that it just felt really good! For the first time in a long time i didn't have to settle with just OK.

   Mr. Camacho is strait up and don't sugar coat anything, he explains everything and his five rules. If a person follows though rules you can't go wrong. I am very pleased in all the work he has done to help me better my credit and how to manage it correctly.

When you pulled my credit I must admit I was really and truly shocked. My credit scores were 540 on Exeprian, 418 on Equifax, and 461 on Transunion. As of July 26th, 2010 my score are 681 on Equifax, 667 on Equifax and 647 on Transunion. I personally never thought I would ever get this close to 700. I have enjoyed new credit and credit increases  and, I am eligible to buy a home when the time comes. Thanks so much for your help! It has made my dreams come true.

I don't remember, for sure, how long we've been working together now, but it hasn't been very long, especially, for the amount of progress you and RMCN have made with my credit reports.  When I bought this house in August, 2008, I couldn't believe I was approved for the loan. Now, despite the fact that I have not had even one late house payment, and only two payments made as late as the exact due dates, no one will refinance my mortgage because of my credit scores being so low.

I got in touch with a man, named Blake Sherbert, who said he had a friend who might be able to help me. I remember thinking that he was just trying to get my hopes up, for whatever reason, because I had tried so many different places to get a refinance, and none of them worked out.  Blake was my last attempt for a refinance. His friend turned out to be you and RMCN.  I was, totally, impressed with the info you sent about the history and stability of the company. My last attempt has turned out to be the blessing I was asking for to get my mortgage payments down.  I never dreamed my credit scores could be improved in the process, let alone, improved immediately. You have been a profesional I've truly enjoyed working with, and more than overshot my ideas of what you could do.  With very little effort on my part, and just following your suggestions and instructions, you have turned my life around.

All I've had to do is make copies of the hills of paperwork I've been sent and get the originals to your company to go forth with the information.  I have a significant file here on the line of work y'all have done.  Blake has kept me apprised of any and all deletions to my credit ereports, and it seems an unending list of deletions that have been made to my credit reports.  I can see only good coming from the results of your company's work.  I believe I will qualify for a home mortgage refinance, as well as enjoy the type of credit that I left with each of my ex-husbands.  I thought a divorced woman had no possibility to have  good credit, but RMCN has shown me differently.

This letter is to acknowledge what a great job Joe Camacho and RMCN does with my customers I send him from Fairway Mortgage. 

I have been in the business 15 years and have never had much luck with credit repair companies or people until now.  They always seem to charge a lot of money, produce no results, and then leave the company.   

This is exactly the opposite with Joe and RMCN.  I have referred at least ten people to Joe and he keeps me up to date on each customer and their progress.  He has been able to set a target score for each of them and hit it as long as they stick with the program.

Another new development in mortgage is a tiered rate schedule.  This means you get better rates for better credit scores.  Having an expert on your side improve your credit scores pays for itself quickly in the amount of interest you pay over time.

“Do you know everyone including credit card companies thinks RMCN is cracks of you know what .   They don’t know the power ya’ll really have but anyway I say that b/c I changed name on my Bank of America credit card (in good standings) and he is the one that pointed out the Asset Collection issue that was just reported on 5/20/10 and that is when I looked it up on my free credit report dot com site but he was like those credit repair places really can’t do much to get things off your credit and I was like seriously (didn’t say this part) but I wanted to be like check my equifax as they got my foreclosure off PA-POW!!! But I was nice and just let them be ignorant… I think you are amazing and appreciate everything and your response time is THE BEST EVER!!!

As for compliment on response time about Brandon – that is just one of many compliments you should know about – the amount he has saved my credit (got items off, etc), the diligent work,  the follow up, etc are among other things.  I really appreciate what Brandon does and hope he knows he helps people more than anyone could imagine (or at least me and my credit) and I’m so grateful I went against what everyone told me that RMCN was a scam and there is no way they can repair your credit… They were so wrong.”

We are so excited and never could have imagined that we would ever qualify for a house in our own name.  RMCN has far exceeded our expectations of raising our credit scores. New home purchased after successful credit repair
I began looking for a house to buy around May of 2009 only to be quickly discouraged when my credit was scores were too low. My credit scores ranged from 530 to 580 which were significantly low to get a home mortgage loan. The lender I spoke with recommended me getting my credit repaired and introduced me to Marvin Bradshaw. I heard so many scam stories about credit repair and I was in fear of getting cheated. Marvin Bradshaw helped alleviate some of my anxiety by calling and e-mailing to keep me up to date with my progress. If I had a question he was very responsive, and he even called from time to time to make sure I was doing okay and didn't have any concerns. Once I got into the program my credit score increased a lot and I began seeing results in the first month. My credit scores now range from 671 to 733. Before I was paying 21% interest on an auto loan and now I'm paying 7.65% interest with one of the best credit unions. The program was outstanding and now I know the benefits of getting credit when I need without an immediate denial. I'm a true testimony that this program works and I recommend it for anyone trying to repair their credit. I'm so pleased and now I'm on the way to living my dream as a home owner.

Thanks for the email.  You are right, when I first called you, I was skeptical that you could do anything for me since all of my bad credit had been paid for and just needed to be taken off of my credit report.  I am very glad that I went ahead and worked with you.  I cannot remember what my scores were before we started, but they were either very low 600's or mid to high 500's on all three credit companies.  I just checked to monitor where I am today, and my low is a 671, my middle is a 688 and my high is a 694.  These are the highest my scores have ever been, and I can't thank you enough for your help.  I recommend you guys on at least a monthly basis.  Anytime I get into a conversation about Credit, I make sure to let people know what you and your team have done for me.  Is there anything else I can do to get my scores into the 700's?  Agian, Thanks for everything you have done to get my credit back.  It has already made a huge impact in my life.

You have made a doubter a believer. I bought a car yesterday. The last time I was looking, (2 months ago), I had eight credit checks done and only one creditor approved the loan at 16.5% interest. This time they ran only one Trans Union credit report and approved the loan at 8.99% on a used car. I think those results speak for themselves and yes I am a happy customer.

Which reports do you need?  Credit reports?  I will send you the one I received yesterday, in the mail tomorrow.  One of the big Primus (car loans) was deleted.  I know that was a HUGE difference to my credit scores!!!!

Bernard's, I haven't seen but, we got the amount we wanted!  AND THROUGH THE VA!

Awesome huh!  We are actually torn between a house in Murphy, around the corner from my house now.  Corner Lot, beautiful!  And the other is on the same street as that one but, my son would have to change elementary schools.

Just wanted to shoot you an email with some good news. I faxed you a copy of my updated Equifax bureau that I received last night; I've never been happier to open mail before! The first 3 pages were all items that were deleted! I think that bureau went from having like 30+ inquiries in the last 2 years to having just like 9 now; the BK and that Licking county lein public records were deleted! Those were the big items I was concerned about; now all that remains on Equifax is just a few of the 1x30, and that Plains Commerce/Mid American Acct which is the same item reporting twice each with a 1x30. Once we get those few loose ends knocked out Equifax will basically be perfect! I could not have been happier with a response like that so early; as I told you earlier I always felt like Equifax was the bureau that was the easiest to work with and update info on. Now, my one question was in regards to the BK and Licking Co. info how we make sure those dont get slapped back on Equifax or any other bureau once its deleted. I had the BK deleted before and it showed up like a year later. If you could let me know I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks again for all youre doing and all your help. Things are going great so far!

Experian increased from 511 to 680

I have always been told that there was nothing I could do to bring my credit scores back up but just pay my bill and wait. Well I did that for years and still my scores were not where I wanted them to be, however after just 45 days in the program you and the crew there at RMCN had my scores up higher than I could have ever imagined. You passed my goal on my credit score by more than 80 points. I cannot tell you what it feels like to be able to go in and buy a car or even a house without having to worry "IF" I am going to be approved! I just pulled my credit this morning to close on my mortgage loan and it came back at 770 average across all 3 agencies. My 2 credit liens have also been removed. Wow!! Great Job. At this point I would like to stop the service so I don't get billed on Nov 15th.

Ron- yes he opened 2 credit cards. He bought a new work truck Saturday night and he said is credit score pulled up at 797 and 838! That so rocks from 6 months ago! Started with a 691 mid-score in March.

I hired RMCN in September 2008. My average credit score from the (3) credit agencies was a 600. Steve Barton was the gentlemen handling my account. After Steve Barton read my credit report summary he said there's alot of work that needs to be done, after hearing that, I was afraid it was going to take a long time and money to get my credit repaired. Steve Barton laid out a plan and said this is what needs to be done. The only thing Steve Bartont wanted me to do was e-mail him anything that had to do with re-storing my credit and to pay some outstanding bills that were never paid. After the bills were paid Steve sent letters to the credit agencies requesting them to have my negative reports removed. Within a few months they were all gone! Steve Barton then told me it's time to start building up your credit score by getting (2) pre-paid credit cards and to make sure that the credit cards are paid in full before the due date.

A few months later on October 17, 2009 I had a credit check done and I was totally shocked to see my credit score 709, 720 and a 806 for an average 745 score.

Because of you Steve I've been pre-approved for $400.000.00 Mortgage. It took (13) months to complete. NOTE: If it wasn't for me ignoring your many calls and e-mails (Due to a death in the family) It would have taken only taken (8) months. I will always highly reccommend you and RMCN to anyone having a credit problem.
