When I started the process last year (I believe it was late February) I was pretty discouraged. I was trying to get my house refinanced in order to get my ex-husband off the loan and the deed to the property. When I was first notified that my credit report was compromised I was so angry that someone would do that to me. Then I became frightened that my hard earned credit would be non-existent. I am very grateful for this time period and the existence of the Internet.
While surfing the Internet, I did not know exactly what I was looking for but I knew that I needed to have my credit report fixed and fast. I went to several web sites and RMCN had the most information available.
The RMCN web site is the most comprehensive site that I have ever come across. LeAnn Daniel contacted me immediately and answered all my questions and got the ball rolling to correct my credit report. Everyone at RMCN was very courteous and very prompt in answering all my questions and sending out letters that apparently upset the credit bureaus immensely. LeeAnn was correct when she told me that these errors would be removed and my credit restored in three to four months if I promptly sent in all correspondence that I received from the letters that RMCM sent out in my behalf. I am very grateful that LeeAnn was available for me at this stressful time in my life.
Several of the questionable accounts on my credit report sent me letters that made me believe that they did not appreciate the mix up in credit reports. I know that the collection agencies listed did not seem thrilled to be going after the wrong person for their money.
I hope that you and your company continues to help people like me that did not even know where to begin to correct the credit bureau mistakes.

Most were from when i was in college years ago but were still lingering on my credit history and causing me to be declined for new credit inquiries. In early 2011 my scores were as follows Experian 663, Trans 661, and Equifax 672, and today 10/13/2011 I checked my most current report and my scores were as follows, Experian 768, Trans 780, and Equifax 791.. that is over 100 points increase from each company!
Broken Down
Experian 663 to 768 (105 point increase in score or 16 % increase in 10 months)
Trans Union 661 to 780 (119 point increase, 18 % increase)
Equifax 672 to 791 (119 point increase , 18 % increase)
The return on the investment that i made with your company is ten-fold.. just by the savings i will have due to the finance charges i will save on my next major purchase alone will pay for your services multiple times over..
