The following policy explains how we gather and use personal information in detail. This policy may change from time to time and RMCN Credit Services reserves the right to change or modify this policy at any time with or without notice. By registering or using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, in whole or part, you should not use this Site, and should immediately terminate your registration (if you have signed up) by following the instructions in "Opting-Out of Further Communications:"

Registration:
RMCN Credit Services only collects personally identifiable information ("PII") that is volunteered during the registration process or in response to specific information requests. Examples of PII that may be requested include: first and last name, address, email address, and telephone number. Anyone completing and submitting any of the forms (including our newsletter) on the RMCN Credit Services domain is considered a "registrant." In addition, RMCN Credit Services may collect your IP address and information through use of electronic "cookies." In computer language, a cookie is used to store data on a computer's hard drive. Almost all websites utilize cookies to one extent or another. RMCN Credit Services, Inc. may use it's cookies to provide a service known as retargeting (details explaining Retargeting found below.) A Prospect receives a cookie from RMCN Credit Services, Inc. and RMCN Credit Services, Inc.'s partners when they visit www.RepairMyCreditNow.com websites, and / or when they visit one of RMCN Credit Services, Inc.'s other websites. When you register with RMCN Credit Services you automatically consent to registration in all the other online properties in the RMCN Credit Services network (collectively, the "Network Sites"). Accordingly, RMCN Credit Services may share registrant PII with the Network Sites.

RMCN Credit Services, Inc.'s Use of Cookies and NPII
RMCN Credit Services, Inc.'s technology utilizes cookies for the delivery of advertisements to our prospects across the internet. This form of marketing is called Retargeting; and it enhances the web surfing experience by showing advertisements that are of interest to the Prospects. When a Prospect visits one of RMCN Credit Services, Inc.'s websites, an RMCN Credit Services, Inc. pixel on that site sets a RMCN Credit Services, Inc. cookie on the hard drive of the Prospect. When that Prospect visits one of RMCN Credit Services, Inc.'s Partners' websites; our Partner's website will identify the cookie on the hard drive of the Prospect and recognize that they previously visited our websites. The Prospect will then be shown an advertisement. In this instance, RMCN Credit Services, Inc. will know that the Prospect first visited our website, and then our Partner's website. We will know the Prospect viewed the Ad on our Partner's website, and whether or not the prospect clicked on the ad. This type information is what RMCN Credit Services, Inc. uses in reporting; and in no way can be used to identify who that Prospect is, or any other online activities of the Prospect outside of RMCN Credit Services, Inc.'s Partner's websites.

When you register with RMCN Credit Services you automatically consent to registration in all the other online properties in the RMCN Credit Services network (collectively, the "Network Sites"). Accordingly, RMCN Credit Services may share registrant PII with the Network Sites.

By providing PII and other information to this Site, the registrant fully understands and unambiguously consents to the collection and processing of such information in, and the transfer of such information to Network Sites, the United States and other countries or territories, in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

Use and Sharing of PII:
RMCN Credit Services reserves the right to use registrant PII: (1) for the specific purpose for which such information was provided (including matching registrants with a credit related company or companies); (2) as disclosed at the time such information is provided; and (3) as disclosed in this Policy. However, please note that RMCN Credit Services may change this Policy at any time and therefore RMCN Credit Services may in the future use registrant PII for additional purposes not currently included in this Policy.

Also, RMCN Credit Services may share registrant PII with its partners, sponsors, advertisers, service providers and marketers' lookup and reference services and any other entities that RMCN Credit Services believes are able to provide registrants with special offers and opportunities. Note that although RMCN Credit Services advises everyone who receives Registrant PII from RMCN Credit Services to support this Policy, RMCN Credit Services has no control over such party's information handling practices and is not responsible for any failure of such party to adhere to this Policy.

As a condition of registration, registrants agree that RMCN Credit Services may share their PII with the Network Sites and unaffiliated third parties. If you do not agree that RMCN Credit Services may share your PII with such entities, you may not register on RMCN Credit Services, and if you are already registered, you must immediately terminate your account, by following the instructions in "Opting-Out of Further Communications."

Non-Personally Identifiable Information ("NPII") data is collected by RMCN Credit Services, Inc. and RMCN Credit Services, Inc.'s Partners, and is used by RMCN Credit Services, Inc. for the purpose of online Retargeting. NPII data collected by RMCN Credit Services, Inc. for advertising purposes is completely anonymous, and only includes information such as the Prospect's IP address, date and time of visit, domain type, and their activity on our Advertiser's and Partner's websites. None of this information, individually or grouped together, can be traced back to a specific individual.

Finally, RMCN Credit Services may disclose registrant PII in order to: (1) comply with applicable laws; (2) respond to governmental inquiries; (3) comply with valid legal process; and (4) protect the rights or property of RMCN Credit Services, the Network Sites or other registrants of this Site.

Do Not Call Registry Compliance:
By submitting personal contact and/or financial information through (RMCN Credit Services domain), the user hereby grants written permission to RMCN Credit Services, its affiliated sites, and its business partners for contact via telephone, mail, and/or e-mail. Further, by registering at RMCN Credit Services you are consenting to receive phone calls from RMCN Credit Services, its affiliated sites, and its business partners for contact via telephone, including but not limited to lenders that may contact you regarding credit counseling and thereby registrants waive their right to file a claim with the FTC or any other agency in reference to these calls or contacts.

Third Party Offers:
By registering at RMCN Credit Services you may receive follow-up contacts/offers from third party companies. We cannot be responsible for the services or representations of third party advertisers.

Links to Other Sites:
RMCN Credit Services contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites.

Security, Fraud, and Abuse:
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. RMCN Credit Services regularly reviews these measures to better protect you.

Opting-Out of Further Communications:
RMCN Credit Services registrants may opt-out of receiving further communications from RMCN Credit Services. Registrants may, at any time, choose not to receive promotional emails from RMCN Credit Services or the Network (1) following the "unsubscribe" instructions in any RMCN Credit Services e-mail received by registrant, (2) emailing RMCN and requesting to opt out unsubscribe@repairmycreditnow.com, or (3) by US Mail at 1611 Wilmeth Road McKinney, TX 75069.

Note that unsubscribing from one email list does not automatically unsubscribe you from any other email list that you may be on. Please read the email carefully to find out which list you are unsubscribing from.

Must Be 18 Years or Older:
RMCN Credit Services or its Network is neither intended for, nor directed to, children under the age of 18. If RMCN Credit Services learns that a person who registers on the Site is under the age of 18, RMCN Credit Services will promptly delete that individual's registration.

Transfer In Certain Circumstances:
In its sole discretion, RMCN Credit Services may transfer, sell or assign information collected on and through this Site, including without limitation, PII and other registrant-provided information, to one or more third parties, as a result of the sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation of RMCN Credit Services and/or Network Sites.

Change in Policy:
RMCN Credit Services may, from time to time, amend this Policy, in whole or part, in its sole discretion. Depending on the nature of the change, RMCN Credit Services will either announce the change (1) on the privacy policy page of the site, or (2) provide such notice via e-mail to registrants. By not unsubscribing, following the announcement of any changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to such changes. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, as it may be amended from time to time, in whole or part, you must terminate your registration by unsubscribing at unsubscribe@repairmycreditnow.com.



Short Message Services Statement Notifications Disclosure

This Short Message Services Statement Notifications Disclosure ("Disclosure") applies prospects and clients that have submitted your information to RMCN Credit Services, Inc., for which you have elected to receive Short Message Service ("SMS") messages, AKA text messages.

  1. The words "we," "us," and "our" refer to RMCN Credit Services, Inc. along with its subsidiaries and affiliates. The words "you" and "your" mean you, the individual identified on the submission of information that provided to us and any third parties (if applicable). As used in this Disclosure, "SMS Statement Notifications" means any SMS communication (text message) from us to you pertaining to your request for information about our services, or after becoming a client, information about your account, including, but not limited to, updates, required documentation, or other instructions.

  2. By providing a mobile phone number to us, you certify that A) you are the account holder, or B) have the account holder's permission.

  3. How to UNSUBSCRIBE: You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS Statement Notifications by replying 'STOP' at any time to any SMS Statement Notifications received from us. You may also withdraw your consent by emailing us at unsubscribe@rmcn dot com. At our option, we may treat your provision of an invalid mobile phone number, or the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid mobile phone number, as a withdrawal of your consent to receive SMS Statement Notifications. We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to receive SMS Statement Notifications. Any withdrawal of your consent to use SMS Statement Notifications will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal.

    • and sufficient storage capacity on your mobile phone.

  7. Communications in Writing: All SMS Statement Notifications in electronic format from us to you will be considered "in writing."
