Non-dischargeable Debts
Non-dischargeable debts are those that can not be disposed of through bankruptcy. Examples of non-dischargeable debts are court ordered alimony and/or child support, most property or income taxes, most student loans, and court judgments against you for personal injury or death caused by criminal activity.
