Eric,

I noticed in Louis’ signature of his email it states to contact you if I would like to provide feedback.  I’m writing this email to provide said feedback.

I’ve dealt with Louis over the last year and half for various things and he has always been helpful and courteous.  Not to mention completed things in a timely fashion along with be friendly doing so.  We recently met with Louis about working on my wife’s credit score and he again was friendly and helpful in getting things figured out.
